Returns / Cancellations

All cancellations will have to be submitted in writing to Outdoorcanvas.co.uk. This can be done by post, email or fax. You will also have to submit in writing your full name and order number.

We will also need your bank account details when handling full refunds. Attention: The account’s number you submit will also have to match the account you have previously made the payments with to Outdoorcanvas.co.uk. This will avoid any fraudulent transactions!

If you wish to cancel an order, you will have to submit this request BEFORE the manufacture of the outdoor canvas.

Cooling off period

You are entitled to a seven-day cooling off period during which you can return the item without a valid reason. This excludes Made-to-Measure outdoor canvases. Bespoke and Made-to-Measure products are also excluded. Items can only be returned unused in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging. You will have to pay the shipping costs, both the return and the original shipping to you.

Submitted payments will be refunded within maximum 14 days. Occurred delivery costs might be deducted.
